For
three consecutive days, KISS DENT, a private dental clinic,
in collaboration with MIST conducted a dental check for all
students and staff on school premises. The clinic staff was
composed of three dedicated dentists. They worked for three
days with a commitment to a suitable and hygienic
environment in our school using sterilized dental tools and
instruments.
Students from kindergarten to Grade 5 were inspected on the
first day, Grade 6 to Grade 9 students on the second day,
and dental inspection for high school students was conducted
on the last day. The process for the dental check-up is
performed in two steps. The first step was to check and
photograph the teeth of students using digital equipment.
The second step was to provide students with envelopes
giving the results for each check-up. They included detailed
photographs and images as well as the dental health status
for each student.
